I´d fold river
Don´t think he is bluffing, also I´d check back turn, since you don´t get 3 streets value of him double pairing board, so better is going on pot control on the turn and call river bet or bet if checked

Hmm, i don´t aggree with checking back turn. These kinda guys even call A high on the Turn and sometimes river + hes never folding a pp.
Villain also doesn´t seem aggro enough to be bluffing his K high Q high hands on the River after Turn cb.

Becks777 +1, vs this guy we need just to betbetbet. But im folding river too. No way he could bluff here and noway he ever bet pot w TT

I'd make it $5 on the flop and also bet the turn.
If he checks again on the river I'd make a small valuebet of about 1/2 PS.

As the hand went i think I'm also folding the river.
Usually medium strength hands either get check/called or check/folded on this type of board.
And if he donks them it's usually small because even he knows that A high is not that pretty so he would likely make it small to get called.

So i think once he bets that big he has it.
