Hi,

This is a perfectly fine isoraise against a limper against whom you're deep with position. The SHC was done to prevent new players from making too many mistakes by cutting edges in spots where the situation can get tricky. If you find yourself leaking money in these spots maybe you should revert to folding for now, if not i see no reason not to raise 88.

I'm still c-betting that flop even 3-way, it's really dry chances are we have the best hand, and yet our hand is vulnerable plus we have no idea what these guys will bet if we check to them right off the bat. Maybe they'll 3barrel a bluff, maybe they won't bluff ever. Just fire out a c-bet instead of getting into a guessing game right off the bat with a hand you can't feel comfortable calling down with.

As played once you get to the turn like that i don't mind just calling down, lots of people out there these days going with minbet/3bet line. If you feel it's too weak you can instead try and get a value raise in there, or simply play it stronger on the flop to begin with for the reasons i outlined.
