no, haven't played.
Not sure how should approach that game, should wait for aces and still get sucked out, or play like maniac ♦
I think my edge on normal games for 100bb+ is usually larger
When we are talking about variance, we are talking about how 60 cap buyin swings are completely normal, and how we can run bad for 30k hands frequently. That's CAP PLO.
For the reason, it's very easy to play the game bad since you can run very good, too. However, I think it's actually a lot harder to play than regular SH PLO, having dumped some hundred buyins innit. It's like superturbos. Superfun, supervariance, and probably not too profitable. 
This was posted by a finn elsewhere, and he plays CAP PLO regularly. That is 50bin downswing, and more than 100bins below all-in EV. In the span of 29k hands.
So unless someone shows me a graph for million hands with a huge winrate, I remain skeptical.
i am not saying its not superswing. i just said if u can handle the swings it can be really profitable.
