0.50/1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.8 by www.pokerstrategy.cc.

Preflop: Hero is BB with J♠, 8♦
MP2 calls $1.00, 2 folds, BU calls $1.00, SB folds, Hero checks.

Flop: ($3.50) A♣, J♣, 8♥ (3 players)
Hero bets $3, MP2 folds, BU raises to $8.00, Hero raises to $25.00, BU calls $17.00.

Turn: ($53.50) 2♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $69.50 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $123.00

He was stealing often enough so i strongly doubt he held 2 better pairs or a set. Should i put him on a draw then , and is the reraise/rest of the hand correct?

I think you played the hand very well. The reraise is correct because you have to protect your hand against draws. Since the draw hit on the turn and your opponent moves all-in it's an easy fold.

Good luck at the tables!
