min c/r usually means air (cheap bluff) or the nuts at that limit.
IF he is decent his top of his range is flushes, sets and a queen with a good kicker. his bottom of his range are combo draws like QxAs|QxJd and some FD.
Shoving will isolate you against his top of his range, folding an overpair with the second NFD is too weak. I'd call he reevaluate the turn. We have to go broke if we hit our flush, we can lay down our hand if he bets strong again on the turn.
