On the flop hes not folding better hands but hes calling worse. Ok to cbet here oop?

After turn ch/ch i think i should c/c and let him bluff sometimes. If hes thinking he might bluffraise my blockbet and its hard for him to call with hands that i beat.

I´d try to check it down on the river and if he bets big then I would likely fold to river bet
He should go to showdown with worse hands than yours
