I think you made a correct fold. The board was to ugly to call a pot size bet there...

Now, can someone try to help me with this:
WHAT DOES THAT MIN BET MEAN???
It happens all time time at low limits and, of course, it doesn't make any sense. But what does it usualy mean?

Hello,

I would raise bigger on turn, ~$3 and likely also fold on river to such a big bet, he will usually have the hand what he is representing. What does such smallish block-bet mean? It could mean different cases, some like to block-bet like that with draws and some like to bet out with weak pair type of hands, there are man different players, some also like to bet like that with nutz and hoping to get raised. In such situations just try to note them down with what they are doing such moves and in future you will at least know.

Best regards,
Rensu
