I referred a friend in december and she definitely got her first strategy point in december. However she deposited her own money first and so never sent in an id check, and for some reason that means she doesn't get strategy point..? As far as I know she just sent in her information..
Is it possible to still get in that TAF for pacific poker?

All eligible players are notified by email in advance of the tournament, the tournament lobby will only allow those players to join.
If you believe you've met the criteria, I would suggest dropping a ticket to the customer support team who can double check and authorise you if/where applicable.
When's the freeroll? Support would need a little time to look into the status, so please contact them a.s.a.p.
