u cant call thats for sure
imo the problems with ur hand are:
- u dont have any fold EQ (couse UTG+1 open raise in early pos. and invests more than 30% of his stack so he is not folding 100%) so u got to have the best hand couse ur going to showdown
- his line looks prety strong he wants some1 to shove over him or call so thats why imo he is not shoving him self
- u can wait for another maybe better spot, but ur stack is too small for u to wait for better hand

Yeah that raise was strange sometimes people raise 2.5 bb from early position and folds to a shove but ofcourse my read was wrong he had strong hand but I still dont understand why he didn't shove and choose raise with that stack, letting others to look at the flop. AK will catch flop 30% like other cards but he would have no position.
Well he tricked me anyway, he really was waiting for a shove and got it..

some players raise like this with small pairs, KQs, AJ and so on.
