I am now at silver level, but when i try to watch videos, I can watch only 4 minutes of them.
which level I have to be to watch full lengths of videos?

Hello tvidi!
All videos have a required level chip next to them - basic, bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond. If you meet the level requirement, you are able to watch the whole video, if you don't, then you can only watch 4 minutes or so of it. This means that you should be able to watch basic, bronze and silver videos right now :).
