ok, so my question is, how many buy-in should i have if i play 10men or 18men SnG's?
i used to play 3.40$ 10men SnG with about 20 or more cash in account, went up but after about week got broke 
so, how many avarage buy-ins should i have if i play from like 1-4$ buy-in SnG's?

You should have in general between 35-40 for those levels.... as you go up you want to increase that to at least 75 buy-in and 100 buy in as you go up to the 10$ level.
the key thing to remember is to not move up too fast, you can play 1$ sng with only 10$ but it would be a mistake to play the 3$ with 30$

If you are new to sng's I would say you need at very least 100 buyins for any level. 50+ buyin swings are common place

no what i meant is if you have like 10$ left for example stick to the 1$ till you reach at least 150$ so you can try the 3$ ones but you do want to have more so you don't play with 'scared money'. As Lennonac said 100 buy in would be best for the 18 man as swings can be huge at those in mtt's
it depends as well if you multitable a lot or not... like me, I can't multitable so my swings aren't that big as I focus more on one table and check. but if you play 4 tables or more then you should have 100+ buy-in
It depends on Your ROI, if it is less 10% You need something like 50 buyins, if less 5% then ~75 and so on, if Your ROI is ~15% which is normal on low limits, then 30 buyins should be OK
