Flop: (t1400) 7, 4, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets t900, Button calls t900

Turn: (t3200) K (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets t400, Hero calls t400

River: (t4000) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button checks

Total pot: t4000

Is it neccessary to cbet the flop there?

yes i definitely cbet flop. but i think a smaller cbet will do just as well and save you valuable chips on the bubble. i think 750 or 700 cbet is fine.

check/fold turn. you are wasting 400 very very valuable chips when you are obviously crushed very often.

low blind bubble play sucks for this reason

This. Basically it's a spot where he's calling the same amount regardless of what you bet (unless it's ridiculously small)
