i end up in huge pots oop with queens a lot lately
anyway someone playing something other than c/f river ?

which makes you think you´re beat there
I think that player can easily call you down with TT or smt like 8x if your image is aggressive
and if he happens to have two pair, set or straight, then I´d just consider it cooler.

Hm i didnt really think i am beat most of the time but except for TT he could probably fold while not turning 8x or some weird other pocket into a bluff

So Shove>>c/F>>c/c here ? or do we expect him to have like 77 with a gutshot and secondpair call on turn that he is turning into bluff on river ?

I think even passive players would shove most of the times set or two pair on the turn, so unless he has exactly 9J, 8J, which are unlikely or 67 that might slowplay sometimes on the turn you should be ahead most of the times ahead on the river.
So instead of c/f d prefer c/c river , since he can have smt like AQss that he floated on the flop, called turn and now shoves river
