Be aware this isn't going to last much longer. Stars will almost certainly have this "fixed" by Summer.

I guess you haven't tried to short-stack a euro table lately? Maybe they just mistyped 20 as 35 ...

don't know about that!? $tables are gut :)
I think stars will def not copy crapy fulltilt move.makes no sense.

Euro tables are already 35BB minimum. The writing is on the wall.

Also, PokerScout disagrees with your assessment. FullTilt's traffic is a lot bigger, not smaller, since the change.

However, all these sites are either seriously considering, or have already decided to raise the min. buyin.

Obviously you can't just say that FT is more popular due to the new min buy-in. Most likely they would have more players than before even if they never changed a thing. And don't forget the rush poker that propably added a rather huge amount of players to their site's total traffic.

I can say that every major poker site/network is making moves in this direction. Furthermore I can even create a whole thread about it!

I play SSS :)

You can still play on FTP, Stars, Entraction, Prima, OnGame, Merge, Everest, Pacific, BetFair, Boss Media

I'm new here and new to poker online, i currently play SSS at 888, this may be a dumb question but why do they need to make changes? i mean they profit from everyone playing correct? so why scare away people only using the SSS? i mean i know they dont rake much from them but getting a little bit from a lot of people is better getting nothing from them?
Sorry if im missing something i justunsure the need for this change.

A lot of players are complaining about us. The thing is that they didn't even devote time to counter us ;)

and now that all the fish have moved to the shallow tables, the 24 tabling hudbot nits are even more shitty at us ;)
