Preflop: Hero is BB with 8♣, 8♦. MP2 posts a blind of $0,04.
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $0,04, 2 folds, MP2 checks, MP3 folds, CO calls $0,04, BU folds, SB calls $0,02, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0,20) Q♠, 7♠, 8♠ (5 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0,16, UTG+1 calls $0,16, 3 folds.

Turn: ($0,52) J♣ (2 players)
Hero bets $0,44, UTG+1 raises to $0,88, Hero calls $0,44.

River: ($2,28) 4♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $1, Hero calls $1,00.

Final Pot: $4,28

Comments on this please - In my opinion it was out of the question to fold the river with the given odds, but should I have raised it instead?

Hi Mugge88!

I think you played this hand correctly. I was thinking that you might reraise the turn but the problem is that you don't know what to do against an all-in. Call for full house outs against a flush or call because you are still in front against a flushdraw? Also a straight is possible. So I think a call on the turn and even check/call on the river is the correct play to get the maximum out of worse hands and to lose the minimum against better hands.
