Hey mTxFaT,

I think it's alright. You could bet it a bit largr preflop if the players behind you tend to be some kind of loose/passive guys, but on that flop you definately do not have to invest money in a 3way-pot.

Just c/f is alright. If both check the flop and the turn blanks a J or Q you can think about attacking it, but this way it's alright!
