I think that it's quite difficult to lay down JJ on this board. BB could've 4, but I think it's more likely that he has 9X . But I think after your 3-bet and BB shoving, you could think of folding, because it's really difficult to put BB on something that you beat. I think, the only reasonable hands he could have that you beat are 9A,9K or maybe FD with 2 overs(against which you're coin flip in most cases). It's actually pretty difficult decision. Check/raise looks like 4X or 99 or FD with 2 overs and you're behind most of these hands. I think my line of play would be to call the raise on the flop and reevaluate the turn(If another 9, overcard or flush completes then it's an easy fold). Surely there's a possibility that he's bluffing and you could see that on the turn. If the turn isn't any card I mentioned, then I'm going broke.
