Call on flop fine, on this drawy board bluff raise wont get rid of 3 villains, well almost never + you get direct pot odds to make backdoor flush/straight.

Nice turn raise with wrap/FD to isolate him in position for river play.

Definately have to value bet river, i think you get called by trips/worse flushdraw. Maybe you could check it behind because sometimes he has Q6 but it looks like losing value. IMO you have him beat often enough and your hand looks kind of under-represented? So he can lighter call your value bet with whatever he has. IMHO anyway.
If he has quads/FH - does he really pray you made a flush and checks, hoping you will shove, or hopes you will bluff at it? It depends on how you and him played before, reads help as always.

I don't get the reason for a turn raise, I doubt it takes down the pot often enough to justify it over calling. sure you have a ton of equity so it's not bad to raise but when you get 1:18 odds for your draw why not just call? it's would be diferent if it was the flop or if you were the PFA or heads-up or you could represent anything on the turn.

with the potsize you definetly get a valuebet on the river.
