Hi, I just downloaded elephant software, and tryed to import hand histories.
It just finds files, but no hands found. Why is it like that? 0 errors, 0 duplicates and 0 hands imported.
They are taken from HMarchive folder. That means, they are once imported by Holdem manager. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hi,
I dont know the format of the HM hand history. From which poker room are these hands? And can you please send some of them via mail to elephant(at)pokerstrategy.com so we can have a closer look why they can't be imported?

They are from cake poker, but once imported by holdem manager. Maybe there is problem?

The elephant doesn't support Cake Poker and therefore you can't import these hands.
