So my windows just now crashed and when i startup it asks me to create new database, and i cant locate old one. I didn't make any backups, but i've been using this for half a year and suddenly everything just wanished? wtf

You need to check your Event Viewer and sort out why postgres cannot start. Your database is still there ... somewhere.

What tracker are you using? Don't know about others but HEM transfers all imported hands from their original place to a new folder under My Documents -> HEM...
Try looking there and if you find it you can always import them again.
