$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP2$35.55:///////;MP3$38.20:///////;CO$19.00:///////;BU (Hero)$68.05:///////;SB$49.75:///////;BB$50.00:///////;UTG1$39.50:///////;UTG2$131.05:///////;MP1$45.95:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BU with T:s, T:h.
4 folds, MP3 raises to $1.50, CO folds, Hero raises to $4.00, 2 folds, MP3 calls $2.50.

Flop: ($8.75) 2:d, 9:h, 9:c (2 players)
MP3 bets $9.00,

Call and see what he does on the Turn? (this also gives him the chance to hang himself with a weaker hand like 66,77,99. But it does not protect agains hands like Ax, Kx)
Or... Shove?

Also... is fold an option here?

Preflop: I find that at rush, people are raising a wide range of weak hands from MP3 often, so I don't see myself having the implieds to just call.

i really hate folding here. i also dont like your 3bet to $4 here pf. make it atleast $5 imo.
Any face card on the turn is a scarecard so i like shoving and if he has JJ+ or a 9 whatever.
Finally he also started the hand with $38 so u know he is fish anyway

I make every raise and 3bet -1BB from the BU. That's why I reraised only 4 dollars instead of $4,5.

with TT I´d also 3-bet at least 3x his raise size
Since you hold overpair and he might get all-in with worse hands, like AK or some lower pp-s then I think raise7calling is fine there
With AA or higher PP I´d likely just call and shove if he makes another potsize bet on the turn
