basically the question is ive found myself in this position alot, ive folded every hand up to this point and need to extract maximum value from this hand as its getting to "that point" in the game, especially still FR with these blinds

the whole table has been especially tight (hence why its still 8handed) except the 2 guys to my left who have been passing chips back and forth, obviously i dont want to let everyone in on the pot...

Total pot: t250

after this i waited for a few more hands down the line and busted out with 10's, what would have been the best course of action here to make the most of my only hand?

Can't see any problems here, if your standard raise is 3BB. I would raise t250, though.

In this spot you really can`t extract more if opponents are not co-operating

With just over 10BB, and the two loosest guys to come, you could just shove and make it look like a steal. Being as tight as you have, a standard raise now looks strong anyhow.

This. I don't like shoving UTG with 12bb and I'm fine with openraising to 250 with AQ as well (and then calling a shove).
