For tracking definitely PokerTracker. However you are eventually going to want SNG Wizard so you can review your ICM game and improve it. They really provide two different functions.

I believe both products are in the PokerStrategy store.

To be honest with you, everyone will have a different answer and will also recommend a different tracker due to their own personal situation and what fits in with them.

My suggestion to you would be to download the free trials that exist for Holdem Manager and PokerTracker, which are two of the most popular, and decide which one is best for you depending on your own preferences.
