your M is slightly below 9, so ANY 3 bet should be an all in because you commit yourself with a 3bet anyway.
with your stacksize i`d simply shove even against his minraise.
and now lets see
1200 (Buraise) + 3600 (your 3bet) + 13150 (all in vom BB) + 600 ante =
18550 is in the pot and you have to call 10000.
so you get 1,8:1 odds almost two to one, so i`d call here.
