If u can see at the news section, there is a technical problems with Party Poker money transfering right now. Temporarily no 50$ capital transfers (PP) due to a technical problem. Need to be patient more.

Krogilasi is right. At the moment it is not possible to transfer the money to your PartyPoker account as you can read in this news: "Temporarily no $50 transfers at PartyPoker"
