Villian has been at te table for about 15 hands played almost everyone and has been very aggressive for the start with a lot of marginal hands, even pushing the same with top pair on flop. And I think my image was tight aggressive. I hadn't played a hand in a while and all of the hands I shown when i had played in the last 50 or so were high pockets and AK.

I think I didn't do anything wrong, just got unlucky what do you think?

I think this is really difficult to get away from and the only way I could see you laying this down is on the basis that you said villain was very aggressive and he has limp called then check raised, knowing you are committed.
I dont think he plays TPTK this way, and so can only put hin on set or AA.
Dont put him on draw as he knows you are calling, maybe he plays jj,qq same but unlikely.
All that being said, its all very well deducing this in the cold light of day but cant see any way of folding this at the time, so unlucky.

After only 15 hands at the table you really have no stats,or reads unless maybe you see him chase 53o within those hands.late in a mtt,AK,AQ,JJ+ would probably re-raise in this spot,and a small to medium pair would call to set mine.His re-raise,putting you all in after your flop raise might be a good indicator that he did indeed hit his set.
