I'd say stop playing on cake. Play where you are confortable and winning.

Leak buster pointed out your leak.

You are ignoring how huge a call is from a fish after you cbet. It sounds like you are cbetting the turn almost twice as often as you should be and thus you feel compelled to see the river no matter what.

Seeing the river card and seeing a showdown are not the same thing. If you are going to ignore all the advice given to you then just don't post at all.

so what is a show down? lol..

In poker, the showdown is when, if more than one player remains after the last betting round, remaining players expose and compare their hands to determine the winner or winners.

yea! great! so when is the last betting round? does it happen to be the river?
lol

Seeing the river = calling turn bet (if there is one) to see river card
Showdown = calling river bet (if there is one) to see what the other player(s) has.

Normally when people ask for advice they turn down the cheekiness. Just a hint for the future ;)

stop betting 2nd barrel at turn.
cbet/fold, check/fold turn without proper hand. Just wait for monsters.
