i got some points to say here.
preflop i`d 3bet fold here with KQ vs BU raise.
usually his range from BU is pretty wide so KQ should be good enough to 3bet him like 500. if he shoves then, i`d fold it
pot will be 2650 and we have to call 1500 so its pretty close, but there not too many players shoving marginal hands then.
but ok you just call which is ok
on the flop you c/r which is pretty standard. BUT your c/r is FAR too small.
look at the odds you give them if they are on a draw.
1450:400 so they get 3,5:1 odds to make the call !!!!
very bad.
if you c/r here you make it like 1000 so the odds they get are not good anymore
1850:800 so its only slightly better then 2:1 not good enough with a draw.

and if you c/r like this you have a very easy call if he shoves it.

so here you get yourself in such a spot with bad betting sizes.

as played, i still call and see me ahead here very often.

he might habe QT, QJ, Q9, a flush draw or some sort of A2, A4 combinations.
sometimes you are beat, but with so much money in it
3100:1200 so you get 2,7:1 or something like that.
you need to win just ~27% of the time to be break even. so its still a call.
