how did pros like Brian, durrrr and galfond move upp the limits ?
did they play Fullring ? short handed ?, did they play with antes ?. did they have a aggresive bankrollmanagement ?

AFAIK durrrr and Galfond played SNG's in the beginning then switched to cash at like 5/10 or so, both were pretty aggro with taking shots and played under rolled quite frequently.
ok, did they stick to shorthanded cash games ?. i read on full tilt that durrrr grinded sit n goes before starting playing low stakes
Durrrr played lots of fullring too back in old party poker days, i remember reading someone saying he had him as 38/30 or smth insane like that(don't remember exact numbers), and most regs thought he's a fish. Not sure about Galfond, but most likely same since the games were great back then regardless of what you play.
