I agree, i'm just 4-betting the flop to $1.5 or so against an unknown and probably calling a shove, tho i might fold if somehow his overall timing spooks me.
We have no way of knowing what his line means, for all we know he has Tx or some gutshot and he's going nuts with it. All we know for sure is that he's bad enough to do stuff like that, considering his line is horrible no matter how you look at it.
