I like 3bet there because he is a fish and fish dont like to fold to 3bet. So i 3bet here for value, i want to play big pot with fish.

I dont like your 3bet sizing (ok he is a fish but i think 30k would be ok, i dont want him to fold something. With 60k on the flop, its easy to play kings against fish and you can go allin on the river with good betsizing.

yea true, agree, i should raise it smaler

but he wasnt realy a fish just a very agresiv lag

yep your 3bet is just too big.
2,5-3x his raise IP should be good enough and it allows him to continue with his hand.
