3.3r ,we are itm, less 710 left, avg stack 40k, 15min levels
guy who open raise was tight, pasive weak scared, his big open raiese means to me that he likes his hand but he dont want too much action
I give him 55+, KQ , ATs+, AJ+

should i fold preflop vs his range or shove to use max fold eq couse he is tight and he might fold AT+,KQ type of hands and 99,TT even JJ ? imo i cnat just call is shove or fold decision, thoughts?

What can i say? Its close. Fold is ok, shove is ok. Theres no good answer here imo...

if you give him this range
55+, KQ, ATs, AJ, you have to shove it all in because you arte good against his range.
but the qeustion is. will a WEAK TIGHT player raise 55-77 ?
not to sure about it.
anyway with your stack against MP3 openraise 88 should be standard shove.
his raise is not too big (2,6bb) so i wouldnt link it with only strong hands.

for me this is a GOOD spot to get alot of chips or to even dubble up with a hand that should be good against his openraising range from MP3
