I agree it's very unlikely for SB to have KK+. It's possible for BU tho, because of SB being in the pot and (i assume) a huge fish. If he 4-bets he'll get a fold from the fish most of the time, so it's worth a slowplay.
Either way i don't think you can fold the flop when he could take that line with a worse overpair as well.
It's worth noting that BU slowplayed KK preflop but incomprehensibly shoved on the flop instead of giving SB a chance to stick around again. It's mind-boggling to me, i'd make a note on the whole thing.
