Which sites offer account closing and opening a new account again after contacting support with such a problem?
Have some oldschool accs and have to get them deleted.

I don't know the answer to that specifically, but on 99% of sites you can just e-mail support and ask them to close your account, if there isn't already a "close account" option somewhere.
be careful though you might have a long cool off period after closing an account. You can close our account on all sites but it can be considered as a measure you take to sort out your problem gambling (lol). and therefore could have on many sites a long cool off period (months -> indefinite) before you can open another account on the same site
