And i want to get laid today, now let's get back to reality..

Na but avatars would b cool, won't happen any time soon though.

why not? if the rank is so important its naming can still be available above the avatar (as it is right now)

well, there is a saying "customer is always right"

if there are more people to support this idea, we will convince PS to integrate custom avatars

im supporting this cool suggestion bro

I agree with this idea. You can let rank picture as default and those who want to add a picture can do it ... Avatars are cooler !

Well in fact it's not that hard to enable custom avatar function. But personally I think it's better without them. And it would take too much effort to monitor the forum from offensive avatars

naah u want the custom avatars just to hide you n00b ranks. I've GOOOOLD now and I want to see who the n00bs are.

No seriously, the way it is now is perfectly O.K. and I actually prefer it in this way.

Just my opinion. As a customer as well.

I must admit that it's quite a rare occasion to meet such an honest person!

Lol with the size of this forum? You are having laugh?

It would add a little additional work onto moderators who already do a superb job in keeping members safe from spam/inappropriate material. As such it might impact on the amount of help/guidance they are able to provide, in particular to newer members. Most members are experienced enough however and more than willing to help self-moderate the forums and are quick to report inappropriate material, so I cannot see a major issue from a moderator point of view.

Whilst a nice suggestion and one I would happily support, the PokerStrategy team are currently working on great content for us, educational material, coaching, software developments, improvements to the forum etc. It depends what you feel is more important at the moment, it would be a shame to lose out on some content at the expense of a visual aid.

I think it was for this reason that the same proposal a few months ago was declined (for the time being). Never say never though, developments in this area may be possible in future.

Nice suggestion, keep them coming.

Best regards,

Bart
