DoNs can be very profitable.

You should consider changing your goals somewhat. Raising your ITM from 55-60 to 65-80 will be close to impossible. Most likely it will only go down as you play more DoNs. You must also understand that a ROI and ITM are linked because the payout structure is flat. 55% winrate(with 4% rake/pokerstars turbo) will give you 5.8% ROI and 60% winrate will give you a 15.4% ROI. Change one, change the other. Anywhere between 55-60% ITM is sustainable and very good results.

Myself I have played about 1000 DoNs' and have a ITM of 54.9%.

GL with your quest! I played around 2k $1.10 dons at stars with a 4% roi and I just wanted to end my own life lol they get a bit repetetive after a while!

you mention $1 and $6 dons.. are they on Ipoker? If you are paying more than 5% rake then move to stars as soon as you can for the $5.20's and above, high rake in dons against players who know what they're doing will destroy you. If you consider a good roi in dons is 5% with many regs earning less over a large sample then you will see that paying too much rake could be the difference between you going broke and absolutely crushing them.

I'm playing Full ring, and I have only read everything I can in the Strategy SnG tab, and theres only a short one about DoN.

And no, it's the 5.20 DoN I’m talking about, my mistake, thanks.

I'll see what the future brings in how my ROI%/ITM% looks like, on the first 120 it seem easy enough to keep a 60%+ ITM, but time will show me, but thanks for the heads up, and now I won't kill myself for failing.

The first 4-5 sets was quite nice, and then down hill from there, the last set nearly destroyed all profit..

After a long debate with myself I choose to say I would jump to the 5$ DoN's and if I got to zero I would deposit the last 150$ my bankroll needed to play 5$ DoN's with good brm.
The first two set in this was 1$ DoN's was okay.. The 5$ DoN's was somehow easier, because people was more predictable, and more intelligent, and in DoN's there is a lot of teamwork somehow, and a big change from the 1$ to the 5$ was that people could play and look further than just the next hand.
I hope the next 10 sets will be just a good.
