[Closed] ID check sent

They said to me that 48 hours... But now its more than that. I think that soon I will get it.

I have been waiting for 4 days and I still didn't get it yet!

those 48 mentioned earlier are correct, but this is for after you have passed the ID check - it will take several days for our security team to verify your ID, as we receive a vast number of new registrations every day.

Hi, I think I'll just post my question here - should I be expecting any emails from pokerstrategy, confiming my ID check or anything?

I have sent my ID data exactly a week ago and still haven't heard a word from them.

I sent the info to "security@pokerstrategy.com", but have read elsewhere that I should send it to "support@pokerstrategy.com". Should I re-send?

I know I should be patient and take into account the flow of new users here in PS, but I am so eager to play as soon as possible and would like to make sure I sent everything where I should have

Now to your question: You don't have to send your ID to support@pokerstrategy.com - this was an exception, as we didn't seem to receive the emails sent by a specific user
