I chose minbet, because I just wanted to get more information about the strength of the opponent's hand. After these actions I think I'm behind.

hm i dont like your action here.
preflop is fine, but on the flop against a donkbet i raise more like 1,2k and get it in in any case.
here are so many hands possible so many draws some twopairs, its really hard to put them on hands, but it is also possible somebody has a flushdraw somebody might have a pair + draw or just AJ, so i would not fold my hand.
you still got a backdoorflushdraw, you might be ahead, and at least you have some outs against twopair and some rare outs against a set.

its really hard here, but your small raise is really too weak. at this point we dont know nothing about BU strengh so we want to protect against sb and so we raise more, and then we HAVE to call based on odds.
