CO being so short, you don't get anything like the implieds you need tocall this.
If he is a fish, who has lost his chips because he is a fish who plays randomly, you could shove. Being a fish, he will call with anything, but it would be high variance anyway.
I would just fold.
i would iso raise TT+ to 100 on this level.
as played the odds for set value are pretty thin so i would fold.. (this is why i prefer raising with TT its definitely strong enough)
