Hello, I have recieved my 50$ starting capital few weeks ago. Now i have ~2200 Mansion club points. I have never recieved an email from poker strategy, that i cleared my 50$ starting capital. And also i never got any of 100$ bonus. As i know the $100 bonus is paid out in 10 increments for every 1,000 Mansion Club Points. As i understand for my ~2200 MCP i must get 20$ of the bonus.
My questions are:
1. Do i need to get an email that confirms that i cleared my 50$ starting capital?
2. Can you explain what should i do to get my 100$ bonus?

Hi gintizz,

I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't receive an email to confirm that you've cleared the starting capital. You just need to keep an eye on it yourself. That's how it works on other platforms.

Not sure about the bonus as I don't actually play on Mansion myself, but usually there is some sort of bonus indicator in platform lobbies or the cashier.

I'll move your question into the Mansion thread but leave you a link here in the beginners questions (hope that's ok). I think one of our regular Mansion playing members will be able to confirm/guide you better than myself and you will likely get a quicker response.

Best regards,

Hey gintizz;

as Bart said: you wont recieve confirmation email once you clear your starting capital.

@ bonus: Your $100 will be activated within 48 hours after you earn 2000 MCP. After THAT, you'll recieve $10 for every 1000 points. That means, previously earned points dont count towards clearing second bonus, so you'll get the first $10 increment when you earn 3000 MCP (another $10 when you reach 4000 MCP milestone etc.).

All those points can be used in their shop also without affecting your bonus clearing status. :)

Hope I answered your questions. If there's something I missed or didnt explain clearly, let me know. ;)

Good luck at the tables!
