Do pro's have to tax their winnings in country you live in?

It differs from country to country. In Slovenia you do not need to pay it. Online winnings are tax free here.
But with our new law its "forbidden" to deposit on gambling/betting/poker sites :P No one cares much, tbh.

Not in england.

I pay 0% of my winnings to the goverment. The only tax i do pay is tax on bank intrest because i to lazey to get a form and fill it out.

The law says it's mandatory, if that's what you mean, but no one in his right mind pays 50% tax on poker winnings. Also, over here poker is not a skill game. Because the law says so.

lol almost same here, is just i pay 35$ fee wire transfer ! in Lebanon
