Hey, im currently writing a piece of software, but struggling to find the exact math for ICM calculations.

Most websites just try to explain ICM and how to use it to your advantage, I can't find anywhere that explains the whole workings behind the model.

If anyone can link me to a site/paper on ICM I would be very greatful.

Scroll to the bottom where it says Software Comparison. This outlines two methods of calculation and may be a good starting point for you

Thanks. Does anyone know of any more indepth sites/papers? I will probably take a look on some poker papers on some uni sites, perhaps they may have something.
