it would depend over how many games.
remember that following perfect ICM does not always equal perfect play. you need to be properly adjusting that ICM to your opponent's shoving and calling ranges.
Irrelevant, the only thing u should be worries about is improving ur game. ICM trainer isn't the only thing that will help u achieve max ROI at any of these limits.
