Use this converter - http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php and post your hand again.

If you want to learn something from grumm or other players, you should help them. ;)

Sorry guys, I don't understand why you cannot see as I see the clips properly. Many apologies for that.
Anyway this is what the hand look like:

Hero (BB) $42,804 - J :diamond:, 8 :spade:
Villain (BU) $102,850 - A , 3 :diamond:

Blinds: 2,500/5,000

Actions:

Every1 folds to BU that call $5,000
Hero (BB) check

Flop: J , Q , 8
Villain (BU) Bet $5,000
Hero (BB) push in All-in
Villain (BU) call

Turn: 4
River: T :spade:

Villain win with a flush Ace high and collect $112,608 from the pot.
Hero finish the tournament in the 38th place.

My apology again for the technical error, if you may give me more details of what you cannot see, maybe it will help me to avoide to create the some probllem in future. Thanks _love:

This is HU tournament?

I like to lead 3/4, 3/5 on this flop. You dont want BTN to check behind this flop (what is very likely because of board texture) and i dont want to see many turn cards like 9, T, any , Q but C/R is ok too against aggresive opponents who want to take this pot down with air...

So NH, you put your money in with the best hand, just unlucky turn for you.

EDIT: And next time muck the result of the hand...
