I played heads up for first time today. Won 6 times, lost 1. I believe I played well, the only time I lost was because I lost two all ins with positive %.

Do you think it's profitable in the long term? I play $2+0.20 HU, and most of the people I played against were fishes. I would always find a way to take advantage of their mistakes.

of course its profitable.

When you play 1v1 vs a fish its definatly the most profitable form of poker as you dont need to share them with anyone else.

I suggest watching some videos on heads up if you want to start playing them I posted a link somewhere in the sng discussion board on a small series of vids on youtube from a winning hu sng player

Cool, thanks. x3
I guess HU is my game, I've been playing NL10 SSS so far, but the results weren't that great.
I'll check them out now :)

+1

I tried it today and it seems to be quite profitable in the short term.

Think long term - play full ring

Go to sharkscope and check out the leaderboard. All of those guys there are HU SnG players.
