[tg]MP2$8.82:///////;MP3(Hero)$11.67:///////;CO$3.64:///////;BU$5.11:///////;SB$4.02:///////;BB$4.06:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: ($0.06) Hero is MP3 with Q:d J:c.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to 0.16, CO folds, BU folds, SB folds, BB raises to 0.28, Hero calls 0.12

Flop: ($0.62) 3:h,J:d,T:h (2 players)
BB bets 0.58, Hero folds

Villains range for a reraise, I'm pretty sure is KK+ with very very rare resteals.
Because the raise was so small, I decided to call knowing villain wouldn't fold his kings even on J J x flop, so huge implied odds.
I then hit top pair but it's basically the same as hitting nothing I think. So, was this ok?

Hi,

Fine by me.

If it was rainbow I would call the flop with position and money behind, while it's true we are 4:1 dogs against KK+ at that point and only get ~2.1:1 immediate pot odds, the fact that he's unlikely to fold even when we improve to two pairs coupled with the fact that he might sometimes have something like AK is enough for me to make some kind of speculative calls when my outs are relatively clean.

Hope it helps.
