Against pretty tight preflop raiser, seemed like he had beat me, any comments are welcome. Was even the preflop Call bad?
I would definately fold preflop if BB is tight.
You can't ever fold on that flop because you called preflop. You can't just call preflop hoping to hit a flush/flushdraw. It will happen rare enough to make this an unprofitable move. Flopping a set is one of the best things that can happen with this hand, so stick it in, lose against aces and make a note on BB 'do not call his OOP 3-bets with ace rag rag rag' 
with the ace and a pair I'd fold preflop.
on the flop he has to be really really tight for you to fold : you block AA** , he could still have lots of KK** combos but against unknown or a somehow competent oponent folding the set is bad.
shove is a little better than fold imo
hard him to have AA since you have one A and one on the flop
but if he has then just a cooler
On that limit unknown BB reraises here 80% of the time with AA**, KK** so nothing wrong with folding.
