[Closed] 0,25/0,50 two river calls

1) In a smaller pot I would certainly fold. Any pocketpair, 7 or 8 beats you, and you have at most split with another Ace. He might have called the turn with something like a K♠ and bluff the river after you check but I don't think we are winning here often enough. For 1:6 I find it a close decision.

2) The river is a total blank, so I see no reason why he should bluff. But also no reason why he should bet ♦ you are the preflop raiser, an A is on the board, and you have been betting all the way.

A5s or 55 are hands that could have improved, A5 would be consistent with the flop action ... but otherwise ...
Think I would just call and take a note what he was doing. But maybe that's my excuse for being weak. ♦

Another thought would be that he plays bet-fold with a hand like KQ or QJ. He would call your bet anyway and can fold to a raise (hope I got that concept right). But I wouldn't expect this at this level.

1) i would fold it. nearly every draw ihas completed now or at least made a pair.

2) i agree. without special reads i just call it and make a note.
@abzupfer: you are right about KQ or QJ. it´s a possible line.

2) It's too ften a twopair and we are not ahead 66% of the time to raise here.
