Yeah, your minraise preflop is not good. 3BB+1 per limper is standard raise amount, and you certainly don't want to raise less than that in this spot. You are OOP on the limpers for the rest of the hand.

It is possible to shove here preflop as well, expecting to pick up the dead money, and also be called by weaker hands which don't want to lay down when they should.

As played I think it is fine on the flop. He can shove here worse Aces, A+ hands, pair + :diamond:, as well as better hands of course.

Had you raised to 500 preflop and gotten the call, you could shove the flop directly.

This exactly. As played cbet just over half pot and get it in on the flop.
