I know I made a bad decision. I still had playing room with 4.5bb. Still how bad is this kind of move? If BU raises more than 60% of times, is it worth pushing?

if BU is raising 60%+ this actually doesnt look so bad to me.
obviously u are so far behind you are looking for the best +EV spot you are going to find. if BU is some maniac raising every hand then i would be pretty comfortable that im ahead of him enough to push here.
however, if the BU and BB had been getting into battles then i would fold this very easily and hope someone busts. (this isnt a great spot unless you have some read that BU is ultra loose)
my default here is to fold and get it in with ~15%+ against a semi-loose BU.
